A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

In order to extend the period of stay by changing the status of stay to a foreigner of Chinese nationality, a visa for visiting employment (H-2) on November 22, 2013, and a visa for overseas Koreans (F-4), the Defendant sought to obtain a national technical qualification engineer license entrusted by the Korea Industrial Personnel Management Corporation to obtain a national technical qualification engineer license issued by the Korea Technology Qualification Examination Institute, but is not capable of interpreting and clearing data processing engineer qualification examination problems in Korean language, the Defendant sought to apply for the examination by unlawful means in collusion with Bracker B, who became aware of the contact with the advertisement report, and delivered KRW 1.2 million upon passing the written examination, and one million won upon passing the practical examination to B.

1. On April 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime was issued from B waiting in the parking lot in the south-gu, Incheon, South-dong-ro, the south-gu, Incheon, 209, one electric cable connected to the screen screen to B, one mobile phone made to transmit the photograph of the taken screen to B so that he/she can photograph the test issues set out on the computer screen, and one mobile phone made to send the photograph of the screen to B; (b) the above mobile phone was attached inside the cell phone to the cell phone so that he/she can take a photograph of the screen of the cell phone by placing the above cell phone in the cell phone; and (c) the radio wheel-phone, which is capable of listening to the right answer.
