A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

In order to change the status of stay to a foreigner of Chinese nationality and a visa for visiting employment (H-2), and to extend the period of stay to an overseas Korean visa (F-4), the Defendant, who was entrusted by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea to obtain a certificate of a data processing technician for national technical qualification to implement and issue a national technical qualification examination at the Korea Technical Qualification Examination Institute, but did not have the ability to interpret and correct the examination problems in Korean language, and the Defendant, who was introduced through a name-free journal C, was willing to apply for the examination by unlawful means, and 1.6 million won when passing the written examination, and one million won when passing the practical examination, were to be delivered to C.

1.
