A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant limited the eligibility to support low-interest loan products with 2% per annum to “agricultural start-up business and housing purchase support business for return to rural communities” in the South-west Navy, which is implemented by the Defendant, to “persons within five years from the date of transfer to the South-west Navy.” In order to apply for the above loan products, the Defendant was able to use by altering the abstract transfer date of his resident registration card.
