A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant tried to run a business in Ansan area and tried to run a business in the election of the Chairperson, the Defendant heard the phrase that for candidate, a certified copy or abstract of resident registration should be submitted, and even though the Defendant was born in 1962, it was apprehended that he was 1959, and that he was able to submit it after altering the resident registration number front of the resident registration number entered in the certified copy or abstract of resident registration.
