Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a staff member in charge of registering the legal office of the Daejeon District Court on November 9, 2015, who was in charge of the case of acting as an agent for the application for registration of transfer of ownership No. 156988, the receipt of the case.

1. 2. On November 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) submitted a written order to correct a forged official document to the person who was unaware of the forgery at the 3-dong community service center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) around November 10, 2015.
