A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

The application for remedy by the applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and D are now pending in the case of revocation of marriage in the court's branch court support in the case of D's claim on July 20, 2017 after the marriage is reported on May 25, 2017.

1. Although the Defendant’s alteration of an official document does not work at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, the Defendant made a false statement that he/she worked at the Defense Acquisition Program Administration at the time of the alteration by arbitrarily inserting the phrase that the security level was designated from the National Information Center in order to believe that he/she works at the Resident Registration List.

On February 21, 2017, the Defendant issued a copy of the resident registration slip by accessing the Defendant’s house No. 604 of the building E in Ansan-si, the government 24’s website, and then printed out the above phrase “no details of correction of resident registration number” by attaching Scar tape to the printed paper on which the phrase “no details of correction of resident registration number” is indicated, and then, the Defendant used and printed the printed copy of the resident registration slip as seen above, the phrase “no details of correction of resident registration number” was indicated.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant altered the copy of the resident registration slip against the defendant in the name of the Ansan Market.

2. On February 2017, the Defendant exercised an altered official document: (a) issued the copy of the altered resident registration slip to F, who was the above D’s referred at the above D’s house located in North Korea-gu, Ma at Port-si; and (b) exercised it as if the copy of the altered resident registration slip was actually issued.
