Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for an attempted special larceny in the Jeonju District Court’s Militarysan Branch, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Jeonju prison on May 26, 2015.

1. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. At night, around 04:20 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft of the victim C at night, at around 04:20, on the main point of “E” operated by the victim C in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) after completing the business of the victim and having returned home, the victim opened and intruded inside the facility not corrected from the aspect of the said main point; (c) divided the victim into deductible expenses of 1.2 million won at the market price linked to the monitor for calculating the said main point, and then, by putting the victim into the scambling, 60,000 won in cash and 1.2,60,000 won in total at the market price.
B. On September 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on September 1, 2015, the victim F was collected from “H” operated by the victim F in Ulsan-gu G; (b) the victim completed his/her business and returned home; (c) opened a window that was not corrected behind the said restaurant and intruded into the restaurant; and (d) took one of the money and valuables equivalent to KRW 100,000,000,000 in the market value under the said restaurant accounting division, which was 100,000,000 won in cash.
2. A special larceny: (a) on August 30, 2015, at around 23:42, the Defendant: (b) went into the K cafeteria operated by the Victim J in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (c) on the part of his/her business and returned home; (d) on the part of the victim, the Defendant: (a) removed the tent roof installed on the rear concrete fence of the said cafeteria; (b) removed the tent from the tent by using the gate he/she was in possession; (c) opened the unrecepted main window and intruded into the cafeteria; (d) opened the cafeteria and opened the cafeteria; and (e) opened the 5,000 original right closed; and (e) opened the 5,000 original right closed in the said cafeteria; and (e) opened the 1,0
