Punishment of the crime

1. On December 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim B into a restaurant through a window not opened to the D restaurant operated by the victim C victim B of the Busan Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on December 19, 2013; (b) cut off the victim B with four candles equivalent to KRW 80,000 in cash owned by the victim; (c) one hundred thousand won in 18K wing; (d) one bank consisting of two credit cards; and (e) one bank consisting of four copies in 50 foots in 14; and (e) four candles equivalent to KRW 6,00 in market value.

Around 19:30 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) infringed on a restaurant through an unlocked window operated by the victim B located in Busan Young-do; and (b) stolen the victim B with four major disease in the total market value equivalent to KRW 12,00,00, which is the market value owned by the victim located in the air conditioners; and (c) stolen the victim B.

3. Night-time theft of buildings;
A. On January 23, 2014, at around 19:30 on January 23, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded a door using the key on the front window of the entrance to the ship repair office managed by the victim E in Busan Young-gu; (b) opened and intruded the door; and (c) cut off one flash equivalent to KRW 78,00,000, the market price on the face of the victim.
B. On February 5, 2014, at around 19:30 on February 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded the window of an office that was not corrected at the victim G’s first office operated by the victim G with the second floor of the Busan Young-gu, Busan, and (b) cut off one flash in the market price of 180,000 won, which is the victim’s ownership on the book.
C. On February 13, 2014, around 19:30 on February 13, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim J opened and intrudes the entrance using the date screen coverer prepared in advance at the L office operated by the victim JJ located in Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and then out the market price equivalent to KRW 60,000, which is the market price owned by the victim located in the his book image.
