A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, mid- to mid-term 02:00 on the night structure theft, the Defendant: (b) opened a kitchen back in which the victim D operated in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and intruded into the restaurant with a cafeteria which was not corrected in excess of the cafeteria; and (c) cut off one bottle of drinking water, the market price of which is 1,000 won at which the victim owned in the cooling house was in the air conditioners; and (d) cut off one bottle of drinking water where the trade name is unknown.

2. Nighttime buildings, theft, and damage to property on February 2, 2015;

A. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on February 2, 2015, the victim G in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu opened a closed window in front of the cafeteria operated by the victim G, which was not corrected; and (b) intrudes into the cafeteria to the cafeteria, and thereby infringing on the victim’s market price of KRW 1,000.

One disease was cut out and mathed, and 500 won in cash, which was the victim's possession in the safe, was stolen.

B. The Defendant destroyed the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor equivalent to KRW 50,000 at the time and place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) by throwing the Victim G’s imprisonment without prison labor into a household.

3. On February 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant: (b) opened a door door door door door of the entrance which was not corrected in front of the “K” restaurant operated by the victim J in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (c) intruded into the restaurant; and (d) cut off one can of the trucking beverages of the amount of KRW 1,50,000 at the market price owned by the victim who was in the cooling house in the said place; (d) cut off one can of the trucking beverages of the amount of KRW 1,00,000, the cash owned by the victim.
