Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Records of Crimes】 On July 13, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, etc. in the support of Suwon Frigwon, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 6, 2016.
[Criminal Facts]
1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. B. On January 23, 2017, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) opened a main window that was not corrected by means of the gaps returned home after the said victim’s operation; and (b) intruded into the said gate; and (c) stolen the same with the amount of KRW 5,000 per annum owned by the victim located in the said small credit cooperative of the Kashter.

On February 4, 2017, at around 04:25, the Defendant: (a) cut off 6 pieces if the Defendant was in the main room after cutting down the business of the said victim; (b) putting the plastic machine into the abundrative glass creh of the main window by breaking up the plastic machine; and (c) cutting down the plastic machine into the main room; and (d) cutting off the 6 pieces if the Defendant had 4,800 won a total of the market prices owned by the victim by cutting down the 4,800 won.

On February 16, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant’s above “E cafeteria” is as follows.
In the same manner as the paragraph, the victim F, who was an employee, was stolen with a 300,000 won or more of the market price, which is the victim F, with one straw box.
E. On February 19, 2017, at around 05:00, the Defendant’s above “E cafeteria” is as follows.
In the same manner as the paragraph, the victim D, who was in the air conditioners, has intruded into the air conditioners and stolen them with 1 cans, 200 won in total and 4,200 won in the market price.
