"2018 Highest 5066"

1. On August 17, 2018, the Defendant, within the Defendant’s house of B apartment C, in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant: (a) visited D Kato E using a mobile phone; (b) reported the victim F’s intent to purchase the mergion of the victim F, who was listed on the bulletin board; and (c) contacted the victim through text messages, and sold KRW 95,00,00 in total, one of the DDR4 4 Mabrog and eight Mabrog Rig, respectively.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a mera at the time and received money from the victim, and there was no intention to procure a mera and send it to the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant received 95,000 won from the victim to the single bank account under the name of the defendant under the name of the victim in the same day.

2. On August 17, 2018, the Defendant sold merchandise coupons: (a) reported the victim G’s intent to purchase a new merchandise coupon by accessing DKapet E using a mobile phone and was listed on the bulletin board, and (b) contacted the victim through text messages to sell KRW 200,000 won of merchandise coupons for gold enforcement to KRW 135,00.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a gold forced gift certificate at the time and received money from the victim as a cost of living, and there was no intention to procure a gift certificate and send it to the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant received 135,000 won from a single bank account in the name of the defendant as the price for merchandise coupons from the victim on the same day.
