Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

Even if you purchase gold forced 100,000 won gift certificates on credit, they did not have the intention or ability to pay the purchase price.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

A. On January 14, 201, 201, the victim D, who works as a gold forced C store agent at the coffee shop where it is impossible to know the trade name located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, said, “B will pay KRW 80,000 won per head of the transaction party who is a director, and will pay KRW 31,000 won per head of the transaction party, and will pay KRW 31,000 per head of the transaction party, by February 10, 201.” The victim who believed it as true, obtained a copy of the gold forced gift certificate of KRW 2,480,000 at the market price from the seat.”

B. On January 26, 2011, the Daegu Suwon-dong, issued KRW 480,000,000 per share of KRW 60,000 per share of KRW 6 per share of merchandise coupons, on the grounds as set forth in the preceding paragraph, but did not complete the payment.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired the same amount in a way that he received the total amount of KRW 2.96 million at the market price of gold forced gift certificates twice from the victim and did not repay the price.
