Criminal facts

On July 12, 2014, 2014, the Defendant issued a false statement to the effect that “I would like to purchase the said goods” from the victim E, with the word “I would like to purchase the said goods” by accessing the “SLR club site (htp://www.slurb.com.com)” by visiting the said soup at the soup site of “D” located in SLR, and then I would like to send the said money to the victim if I would transfer the said money to the victim.

However, since the defendant did not have the above Kameras from the beginning, even if he received the above amount from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the said siren.

On July 12, 2014, the Defendant received 630,000 won from the victim to the corporate bank account under the name of the Defendant as the price for goods.

The Defendant, from March 1, 2014 to August 26, 2014, by deceiving 40 victims, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table, received a total of 8,53,730 won from the victims over 40 times.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property.

around August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted a notice stating that he/she will sell gold-voluntary gift certificates on the Internet site Niberian bulletin board; and (b) made a false statement as if he/she sold two copies of gold-voluntary gift certificates to the victim F, who reported and contacted such a notice, to the victim F, who made a false statement as if he/she sold them in KRW 141,000.

However, there was no intention or ability to send the gift certificates even if the defendant received money from the victim because he did not have the above gift certificates.

The defendant received 141,00 won from the victim's bank account in the name of the defendant on the same day as the gift certificate price.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
