Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Co-defendant C posted a letter to the effect that “The Government shall sell three copies of gold forced gift certificates 100,000 won” on the bulletin board of the website, and conspired to obtain the purchase price from the persons who reported their contact details while keeping them with them.

C around March 5, 2013, around the same day, posted a false statement to the victim D, who visited the Plaintiff, stating that “The said gift certificates will be sold as above, by selling the said certificates to the victim D, who sold them on the bulletin board of the said NAVV. 195,00 won.”

However, the defendants did not have the above merchandise coupon and there was no intention or ability to send the merchandise coupon even if they received money from the victim.

The Defendants received KRW 195,00 from the victim to the IBK Bank account (Account NumberF) in the name of E as the sale price of gift certificates on the same day.

From that time to March 12, 2013, Defendants received a total of KRW 1,535,000 in five occasions as shown in attached Table 1, as shown in attached Table 1.

As a result, the Defendants were informed of the victims and received property.

2. The sole criminal defendant posted a letter to the effect that he/she sells gold forced gift certificates 100,000 won and two copies of gift certificates on the Internet site “Niberian” bulletin, and tried to have his/her contact address left and obtain the purchase price from the contacter.

On January 28, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that “The Defendant sold the said gift certificates to the victim G who contacted with the Defendant, who sold the said certificates as above, by selling them to the said victim G, who sold the said certificates on the bulletin board of the said NAV Gaba in Sucheon-gu, Busan.”
