Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2012, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor at the Busan District Court for fraud, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention House on January 15, 2013.

1. Co-defendant D posted a letter to the effect that the Defendants sold 100,000 won merchandise coupons 10,000 won in gold forced gift certificates on the bulletin board of the Internet site, and conspired to obtain the purchase price from the persons who reported their contact address and contact with them.

From that time to March 12, 2013, Defendants received a total of KRW 1,535,000 in five occasions as shown in attached Table 1, as shown in attached Table 1.

As a result, the Defendants were informed of the victims and received property.

2. Single-use;

A. The Defendant posted a notice on the Internet website “Niberian” bulletin to the effect that “The sales of gold forced gift certificates 100,000 won and two copies of gift certificates,” and intended to obtain the purchase price from the persons who reported and contacted the remaining contact details.

On March 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 13, 2013, KRW 140,000,000,00 for gold forced gift certificates at the above Niberian bulletin board located in Suwon-dong, Busan.
