1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 3,00,000 for each of the said KRW 279,557,208, Plaintiff B, C, and D, and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of the parties A is that the E Hospital located in Suwon-si E Hospital located in Suwon-si (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Plaintiff B, C, and D are children of the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is the medical personnel’s employer as the operator of the Defendant Hospital.
B. Plaintiff A’s past history and the head of the Defendant Hospital’s hospital’s internal history 1) Plaintiff A, due to the influenite color, was influenite in the F Hospital around July 2016, and was taking back fluoral lease (clorates: Clopigggggggggggggggggggggs) which was anti-divated around that time. (C) On November 1, 2016, Plaintiff A entered the instant procedure, and then was discharged from Defendant Hospital to receive light-burcing surgery on one occasion on the same day (the same day as indicated in the basic facts part).
