A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) on December 7, 2016, the Defendant: (b) stolen the victim’s driver’s license with a driver’s license, which is the victim’s possession, using the gaps in the victim’s D management neglected; (c) around 11:00 on December 7, 201.

2. The Defendant had the intent to open a mobile phone in the name of D using the stolen D’s resident registration certificate, as described in paragraph (1).

A. On December 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) made an application form for opening a cell phone in the name of “F” store located in Gumi-si, Simi-si; (b) made an application form for opening a cell phone in D’s name, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, and issued it to the store employees whose name is unknown; and (c) made an application form for opening a cell phone in D’s name, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations, in the column for the address of the application form for opening the cell, using a tampial pen.

As a result, the Defendant forged the application form for cell phone subscription in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised it.

B. At around 11:11 on December 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) made an application form for the opening of a cell phone in the name and issued to the above agency employees who are not aware of the fact by signing the application form in the name and signing the application form for opening the cell phone in D, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations of the Defendant, with the color pen attached to the application form for opening the cell phone; and (b) written the application form for opening the cell phone in the name of D, which is a private document related to the rights and obligations of the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant forged the application form for cell phone subscription in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and exercised it.

3. Illegal events of official documents;

A. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 2(a) above, presented a type of driver’s license under the name of the head of Daegu-gu National Police Agency, which was in possession on the ground of theft as described in paragraph 1, to verify his/her identity, as if he/she were the Defendant’s driver’s license.
