Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment from the Busan District Court for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 12, 2016, and operated a mobile phone sales store with the name of "C" in Busan Dongdong-gu B.

1. Forging a private document;

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the above application form, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. Around December 29, 2014, the Defendant entered “D,” E in the address column,” and entered “D” in the address column, and signed on the name following the Defendant’s request/ subscriber column. Around December 29, 2014, the Defendant entered “D” in the “D, date of birth” column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged the above application form, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Exercising the relevant investigation document;

A. The Defendant can file an application for forged admission at the same time and place as described in the above Paragraph 1-A, and sent it to H as if it was a document duly formed to the person in charge of G mobile phone opening business who is aware of the forgery.

3. Fraud;

A. The Defendant, as described in Section 2-A, exercised the application for new entry in the forged name D, and obtained consent from D to open a mobile phone and has a legitimate right to receive a mobile phone opened in the name of D.
