A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant intended to borrow KRW 20 million from C, but C demanded the offer of collateral for this, and upon preparing a false real estate lease contract, C brought about the delivery of KRW 20 million after deceiving C, as if there was a security deposit to be paid by a lessor of a building residing in a leased and leased by the Defendant.

2. On January 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) exercised the forged real estate lease contract as if it were a document that was duly formed by the Ma Law Office in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with knowledge of the forgery.

3. The Defendant, on January 2012, committed fraud, to the Victim C within the N Office located in Daejeon Daejeon, Daejeon, Seo-gu.
