[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. Around 02:00 on October 21, 2019, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim C, with the victim C (n, 23 years of age) who was aware of his/her reputation, and with the victim C (n, 23 years of age) who was aware of his/her reputation, and had sexual intercourse with the victim on his/her mobile phone camera, without the victim’s consent, at the same time and without the victim’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of a person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

B. On April 202, 2020, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim E, while drinking alcohol at the bar room located in the Busan Suwon-gu, Busan, with the victim E (n, 28 years of age) who was aware of it, and without the consent of the victim, taken the body of the victim under the influence of the Defendant’s mobile phone camera, without the victim’s consent.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of a person who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

C. On April 2020, the Defendant distributed videos to the victim C and the victim E, and transmitted the victim C’s sexual dynamic images, b body dynamic images, and their closure images to the Defendant’s residence located in Busan Northern-gu G and H, and the Defendant sent the victim C’s sexual dynamic images, b body dynamic images, and their closure photographs without the victim C’s consent, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed photographs that could cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 9, 2020, the Defendant taken pictures against the victim J was transferred to the Defendant at the Busan Northern Youth around 13:13 on May 9, 202.
