A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been in a relationship with the victim B (n, 49 years of age) for about two years, and has received a request from the victim for a long time.
