A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on December 2015;

A. On December 2015, the Defendant, in the middle of 21:00, taken pictures of the body of the victim who is reporting TV using a Handphone carnet case, and taken the body of the victim against his will that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, after having sexual intercourse with the victim’s name, and having sexual intercourse with the victim.

B. On December 22, 2015, around 01:15, the Defendant posted a copy of the victim’s b body photo taken by posting the victim’s b body photo on the bulletin board of “D”, which is an illegal obscene material site, “F,” and displayed openly against his/her will the victim’s intent to cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. Crimes committed on May 2016;

A. On May 2016, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body, which was known to the Defendant, using a Handphone camera camera camera case, and could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame at around 22:00, the victim’s body was taken against his will, after having had sexual intercourse with the victim’s name, with a non-specific female, and then, taken the victim’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame.

B. On May 19, 2016, at the Defendant’s house (C 509 Dong101) around 01:17, the Defendant posted three copies of the victim’s body photo taken as above in the “E” bulletin board of the said “E” on the street, and openly displayed the victim’s photograph taken as above paragraph (a) against his/her will that may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

3. Crimes committed on July 2016.

A. The Defendant, at around 22:00 on July 5, 2016, took a sexual intercourse with the victim J (the age of 21) and taken the body of the victim, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by taking the body of the victim, i.e., taking the body of the victim, using a Handphone camera fluor, and causing sexual humiliation or sense of shame.
