A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. Trade in marijuana;

A. On April 17, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase marijuana to the salesroom of non-narcotics drugs (C; hereinafter “B”) known to him/her at the site for the sale of narcotics, etc., and transferred the price to a bitco in an amount equivalent to 5,100,000 won, and then sought about 5 g of marijuana, which is concealed in the sales market of the said narcotics in the non-house outside the air-conditioning room in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the same o’clock on the same day.

E Trading was conducted.

B. On August 7, 2019, the Defendant: (a) connected to the foregoing B and transferred to “D” a single seller of narcotics, etc. a 4.60,000 won amount of the price to “D”; (b) and (c) sought about five grams of marijuana concealed by the said “D” from the outside machine of Seocho-gu Seoul E-comer on the same day on the same day; and (d) sought approximately five grams of the said D around the same day.

E Trading was conducted.

On September 26, 2019, the Defendant connected to the above B, remitted 5.10,000 won to the salesroom of narcotics, etc., and then found five grams of hemps concealed in the salesroom outside the air conditioner room in Gangnam-gu Seoul on the same day on the same day.

E Trading was conducted.

(d)

On November 19, 2019, the Defendant connected to the above B and remitted 5,10,000 won to the salesroom of narcotics, etc. at the price, and then found five grams for marijuana where the salesroom of the said narcotics is hidden in the non-house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day in the o'clock on the same day.

E Trading was conducted.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On April 4, 2019, the Defendant, at the lower end of the lower end, sold the math of marijuana purchased as specified in the foregoing 1-A by mixing it with tobacco at the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and its residence, and then smokeed in such a way that the maths are cut off.

B. On August 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that makes it difficult for the Defendant to smoke, as stated in the above-mentioned 1-B, the franchisium purchased as stated in the above-mentioned 1-B, at the beginning point of residence indicated in the above-mentioned 2-A-B.
