A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the hemp as follows:

1. The Defendant: (a) purchased marijuana in the name “B” (B; hereinafter referred to as “B”) which is a multilateral web site for the sale of narcotics; and (b) had the intent to smoke by purchasing it by the method of throwing it.

On November 22, 2019, the Defendant remitted to the seller of narcotics, etc., the amount of which is equivalent to KRW 276,172,00,000,000,000 to 0.037,037,000,000 won. On the same day, around 22:00, the Defendant found approximately 3.5 g of hemp, the sales of which is hidden in the vicinity of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul E. on the same day.

E. From August 23, 2019 to April 29, 2020, from around August 23, 2019 to April 29, 202, trading 47g of marijuana totaling 16 times, as shown in Appendix 1.

2. On August 23, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana over 19 occasions from around the night to around July 10, 2020, by drilling about 1g of marijuana into a single set of instant coffees in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and G residential areas, and putting about 1g of marijuana out of marijuana, with a fire attached thereto, and smoking of marijuana by using as soon as possible through a roding method, and then smoking of marijuana over 19 times from around that time to around July 10, 202.
