1. All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

Purport of claim and appeal

1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited by the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition or dismissal as set forth in paragraph (2) below, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. On 3 pages 17-18 of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part added or used in addition was “a ruling on the content (hereinafter “instant ruling”)” to read “a ruling on the content”.

The following shall be added to 3 pages 20 of the first instance judgment:

F. On November 23, 2017, the Central Land Tribunal rendered a ruling to increase the compensation for the damages for the land and goods owned by the Defendants, etc. on the grounds of the Defendants’ objection against the instant ruling. On December 18, 2017, the Plaintiff additionally deposited KRW 428,184,030,030, the Busan District Court deposited KRW 9507, the amount of compensation for the increased amount of compensation prescribed in the said ruling, with the Defendant B as the depositee, as the Busan District Court’s gold Order 2017, KRW 9507, KRW 130,341,810, and Defendant D as the depositee, respectively.

Part V of the first instance judgment of the court of first instance [the grounds for recognition] 1-6, each of the statements (including each number) in Evidence A 1 through 6, Eul 4 (including each number), shall be written with "each of the statements (including each number) in Evidence A 1 through 8, Eul 4, and evidence A 4."

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as they are without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
