A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

7,500 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Around December 13, 2011, the Defendant remitted the hemp amount of KRW 500,000 to the account of a community credit cooperative in the name of E for D use designated by C, along with a request to rescue the hemp, to C, and purchased the hemp amount of KRW 50,000 on December 14, 201, at the H point located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, via delivery of two half copies of the hemp amounting to KRW 120,00,000, the hemp amounting to KRW 120,000.

2. On December 14, 201, at the time of the Defendant’s residence at Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 21:00, the Defendant smoked the hemps over a total of 60 occasions by putting a considerable amount of 1g of the hemps so purchased in pipes made of the stuffing door, with a fire attached thereto, from that time until February 11, 2012, from that time, the Defendant inhaled smokes by the said method once a day at the same place until February 11, 2012.

3. On March 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased the hemp plant price of KRW 300,000 from 10,000,000, at the point of GG H located in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul around 10:00, after receiving a request to rescue the hemp, and at the point of G G H located in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, the Defendant purchased the hemp plant after being delivered one half-way, the amount of which is equivalent to KRW 60g.

4. At around 22:00 on March 21, 2012, the Defendant smoked the hemp plants 30 times in total by inserting, from that time until April 19, 2012, a pipe made up of 1g of the hemp plants purchased as above in the Defendant’s residence in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul at the time of the Defendant’s domicile, and inhaleing them by attaching a fire with a smoke.

5. At around 23:00 on September 14, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the second floor of the warehouse of the “L” Raba Pon building located in the JJ, M, in a way of inhaleing the smoke together with M and K, by putting the smoke in the pipe made of the crypted paper, 0.5g of hemp from M, and putting it in the pipe made of the crypt.

6. On October 25, 2013, the Defendant is a member of the N of Gyeonggi-si N of Gyeonggi-gu around 23:00.
