1. Defendant AG Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

1. On December 2, 2015, around 02:00, Defendant AG Defendant purchased the hemp plant in cash with KRW 1.20,000 and then smoked as follows, after purchasing the hemp plant in the name-free foreigners, who make a sign of water by hand, from the Green Empar Station located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Embriwon Station.

AH and the defendants jointly smoking in the hemp plant: From December 4, 2015 to the same month.

6. At around 21:00, at the same time, smoking was made by inserting the hemp in the pipes for the inhalement of marijuana together with studio-type AH at its own dwelling in Gangnam-gu Seoul and 404, and attaching a fire to it as soon as possible.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with AH to smoke of the hemp plant.

B. The Defendant’s sole smoking of the hemp plant: (a) around 06:00 between December 7, 2015 and December 11, 2015, the hemp amount was smoked once by the said method in the above residence.

C. At around 02:20 on December 14, 2015, the Defendant, a joint smoking of the hemp plant with AU, smoked in the pipe for the inhalement of marijuana, along with his/her friendship AU, by inserting the hemp in a pipe for the inhalement of marijuana, and attaching a fire to it as soon as possible.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with AU to smoke the hemp plant.

2. Defendant AH Defendant from December 4, 2015 to the same month.

6. Cetween 21:00 and 21:00, at the Gangnam-gu Seoul AZ and 404’s dwelling, studio-type AG.

As stated in paragraph (1), the hemp plant smoked.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with AG to smoke the hemp plant.

3. Defendant AU

A. The Defendant in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (mariana) shall be the Defendant in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (e.g., 02:20 on December 14, 2015 within the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Z and the AG’s residence

As stated in paragraph (1), the pipes used to inhale marijuana were smoked by inserting cattle in the hemp pipe and attaching fire to the pipe as soon as possible.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with AG to smoke the hemp plant.
