A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Trade in marijuana;
A. On September 21, 2014, around 21:00, the Defendant received cash of KRW 400,000 from C in the alleyway near the subway station in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sold approximately KRW 2g of the hemp plant.
B. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant, around 19:00, purchased approximately KRW 2.5 million in cash from the subway station near the station station of subway 2, the subway station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to C and purchased approximately 50g of hemps.
C. On October 201, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2,500,000 in cash to C in the mutual singing room near the station of subway 2, the subway lines in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with approximately 50g of hemp.
2. On October 22, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant possessed marijuana seeds with 7 eggs of hemp seeds for the purpose of smoking from erode D in the alley path near the station of subway 2 located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
3. Smoking marijuana;
A. On March 6, 2015, the Defendant smoked from the Defendant’s house of Songpa-gu Seoul E and 101 by inserting approximately 0.2g of the hemp’s concentration in an electronic tobacco pipe using clocking around the middle section of the hemp plant and spraying smoke generated by burning the hemp’s concentration.
B. At around March 13, 2015, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant by inserting approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant in glass pipes at the above Defendant’s house, and attaching the bubs to the bubs, as if he were to smoked.
C. At around 19:00 on March 21, 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp plant in the same manner as that of the foregoing B at the home of the above Defendant.
At around 05:00 on March 23, 2015, the Defendant smoked approximately 0.5g of the hemp in the same manner as the above paragraph (b) at the home of the above Defendant.
4. Around March 23, 2015, the Defendant kept approximately 3.1g of the hemp plant purchased from F and G at the Defendant’s home.
