A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics,

1. On September 21, 201, around 21:00, the hemp plant is smoked in the loss of “G” operated by the Defendant located in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, by inserting the hemp plant equivalent to 0.5g of the hemp plant held by H in pipes made of the stuffing day by inserting it in a pipe made of the stuffing day; and

2. around October 17, 201: (a) request H to purchase the hemp plant; (b) transfer the hemp plant amounting to one million won to the account in the name of H to the account in Korea under the name of H; (c) purchase the hemp plant from the loss of “G” in the operation of the Defendant located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu (transfering the loss of the hemp plant to I around October 201) around 20:00 on October 201, 201; (d) purchase the hemp plant amounting to 80 grams from the loss of “G” in the operation of the Defendant located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, Seoul;

3. In the loss of “G” around October 24, 201: (a) the hemp plants purchased as above, including smoking of the hemp plants in such a way as to inhale the smoke by inserting a tobacco paper with a 0.5g amounting to tobacco paper, and then inhale the hemp plants once a day from November 22, 201 until November 22, 201; and (b) the hemp smokes over 30 times in total by inhaleing the smoke by the said method;

4. On May 10, 2012, H asked H to purchase the hemp plant at KRW 1,00,000,000,000 from the bank account in the name of H, and H to transfer this amount to the bank account in the name of H, on May 10, 2012, at around 21:00, it purchased the hemp plant at the loss of the “G” at the end of May 21, 2012 and at the end of May 21, 2012;

5. In the loss of “G” around May 17, 2012, around 21:10: (a) the hemp plants purchased as above, including smoking of the hemp plants in a way of inhaleing smokes by attaching a tobacco paper with a tobacco paper, the equivalent of 0.5g of the hemp plants purchased as above; and (b) the hemp plants, once a day until June 15, 2012, are inhaled in a total of 30 times per day by taking smokes by the said method;

6. From the loss of “G” at around 20:00 on October 24, 2012, H 200: (a) the price of the hemp is KRW 2,00,000 for the hemp; and (b) H 160g of the hemp plant at that place.
