A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

6,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:00 on the first order of October 2012, the Defendant: (a) collected wild marijuana leaves from the vicinity of the road located in Gangseo-gun C, Gangwon-gun; and (b) kept them in the ridge of the Dystuna car operated by the Defendant; and (c) possessed the hemp for the purpose of smoking from the time on March 3, 2013, to E, as indicated in paragraph (3) of the criminal facts constituting the first order.

2. On October 2012, the Defendant smoked the hemp in a way that, at around 05:00, the Defendant 0.5g of the hemp plant collected as above on the road near the F apartment 102-dong-si, Yangju-si, in a tobacco dog and inhales the smoke by inserting a fire.

3. On March 1, 2013, the Defendant received marijuana: (a) around 05:00, at the beginning of that month, parked in the said F apartment 102 parking lot; and (b) obtained, without compensation, the straw of the hemp plant collected in the said F apartment 102 parking lot from the Defendant, and received, without compensation, the hemp plant from E, by putting the straw of the hemp plant that was collected in the “s

4. At around 02:00 on April 26, 2013, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant in a way that, as seen above, in the above E’s office located in Namyang-si G, the Defendant injected the hemp plant by inserting an amount equivalent to 0.5g of the hemp plant to E in a tobacco dog with a smoke added thereto.

5. Even if the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant received, at the time and place specified in paragraph 4, an amount equivalent to 0.5g of the hemp plant as above, to H free of charge.

6. Around 14:00 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant smoked the hemp plant in a way that, in the vicinity of the Namyang-si, in a way that, among the hemp plants in which he had an office of the said E, put in a tobacco smoking dog and inhales the smoke with a fire attached thereto.
