Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Building Act and the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, along with B on October 2013, constructed a new building to Kimhae-si, and obtained approval for use for a single-story general restaurant of 99.77 square meters, stairs rooms of 13.75 square meters, multi-family houses of 2 stories (2 households), 124.2 square meters, multi-family houses of 3 stories (2 households), three stories multi-family houses (2 households), and three stories above 124.2 square meters above the ground of 124.2 square meters, and in the case of a housing site development project in accordance with the district unit plan for the housing site development project, the number of households per housing site is limited to less than four households, and the maximum number

A person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from a Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and shall comply with a district unit plan in order to construct a building, alter its use, or

Nevertheless, on December 2013, the defendant extended the 2 and 3th floor of the building from 2 to 4 households each without obtaining permission from the Kimhae City Mayor, and extended the 4th floor to 1 household. At the same time, the defendant changed the 9th unit of the housing site development project into the 9th unit, not in compliance with the district unit plan for the D housing site development project.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, the Defendant constructed a building without obtaining permission for the Kimhae market, repaired it on a large scale, and constructed a building that does not meet the district unit plan.

2. A person who intends to build or install a building, a golf practice range or other facility which creates demand for parking in an urban area provided for in the National Land Planning and Utilization Act on the violation of the Parking Lot Act shall establish an annexed parking lot inside such facility or on the site thereof, and in the case of Kim Sea, a multi-household house shall establish an annexed parking lot which can accommodate at least one unit per household;

Nevertheless, the defendant in collusion with B, and the date and place mentioned in paragraph (1) above.
