Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Building Act and the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, when constructing a building in Kimhae-si B on February 2, 2015, obtained approval for the use of a detached house and a neighborhood living facility with three floors above the third floor of multi-family house (two households) of three floors, in accordance with the district unit plan for the housing site development project, the number of households per site shall be limited to not more than four households, and the maximum number of buildings shall not exceed three floors.

Nevertheless, the defendant is 4 households in the above manner at the date and place specified in Paragraph 1.
