Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Building Act and the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, when constructing a new building in Kimhae-si B on May 16, 2012, obtained approval for the use of a single-story general restaurant of 117.7 square meters, a multi-family house with two floors (two households) of 126.1 square meters, a multi-family house with three floors of multi-family housing (two households) with three floors above 126.1 square meters, and in the case of a site for lease in accordance with a district unit plan for a housing site development project, the said area shall not exceed four households per parcel.
Any person who intends to change the use of a building for which approval has been obtained shall obtain permission from or report to a Special Self-Governing City Mayor, a Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, and any person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu
