A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 10, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), May 31, 2010 to a fine of KRW 500,000,000 as a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk), a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 5 million as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving), and a fine of KRW 2.5 million in the same court on June 1, 201, respectively.

However, on April 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a car in the column B in the section B from approximately 2 km to the three-lane of the head of the Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, with alcohol level 0.084% under the influence of alcohol level from around 17:48.
