Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 5, 200 in the Daegu District Court's support on the Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a fine of three million won on February 17, 2003, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on January 8, 200, and a fine of ten months on January 15, 2004, respectively, at the Jeonju District Court's Jeonju District Court's imprisonment of four months with prison labor on May 15, 2006 (dless driving), a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a fine of two million won on June 9, 201, and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on July 19, 201, respectively.
Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more due to drinking driving, the Defendant driven BE xex vehicles from around 1 km to the speed of traffic in the same Eup/Myeon, from around 256, from around November 19, 2017 to around 256, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.090% of alcohol during blood, around November 19, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.09%.
