A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was issued by the Jeonju District Court a summary order of KRW 1.5 million on September 2, 201, a fine of KRW 1.5 million on September 2, 201, and a summary order of KRW 2 million on November 11, 201.

On August 5, 2017, at around 08:35, the Defendant driven a B-hand car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 2km from around 0.136% to the front road of the Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the front road of the Jinjin-gun in the front Jin-gun, Jin-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
