A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Jeonju District Court to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the same court on August 1, 2013 to a fine of KRW 1.5 million from the same crime, respectively.

On February 3, 2017, at around 21:20, the Defendant driven Cworkstren car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.142% from a section of about 300 meters to the front road of the same 1-gil Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-

Accordingly, the defendant has been driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol more than twice even though he has violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol.
