A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1 million at the Jeonju District Court on February 28, 2007, to a fine of KRW 2.5 million on June 3, 2008, to a fine of KRW 3.5 million on February 12, 2014, and to a fine of KRW 5 million on September 14, 2015 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) by a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On November 15, 2016, the Defendant driven a Cresch Rexroth under the influence of alcohol of about 0.092% during blood alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 1km from the end of the Dobong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong to the end of the 116-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong,
