Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 15:57 August 3, 2019, the Defendant parked a hurburd vehicle at the 718m of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul and attached a paper on the back side of the vehicle and intentionally attached a registration number plate.
