Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

On 18:50 on 25, 2014, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the registration number plate by attaching a paper on the front part of the registration number plate number of the B 1 ton of cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant at the center of Goyang-gu, Mangsan-gu, 1493, the 12 complex in front of the 12 complex in Goyang-gu.
