Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around September 25, 2016, the Defendant attached an advertising banner in front of the registration number plate of Cpoter II owned by the Defendant in front of the Geum-gu, Busan. On September 25, 2016, the Defendant made a registration number plate of the said cargo vehicle.
