A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible for a person who drives a Lone Star motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, around 14:02 on May 15, 2013, the Defendant parked the said vehicle in order to view it as the day before and after the Busan Jindo C, and made it difficult to identify the registration license plate by attaching a paper to the “E” part of the number of the front registration license plate of the vehicle in order to ensure that it is not controlled by the Kamera in violation of parking regulations.
