Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around 15:26 on December 2019, the Defendant attached a registration number plate to C vehicle in the vicinity of the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and then attached the registration number plate to C vehicle.

At around 08:30 on December 13, 2019, the Defendant operated a registration license plate after attaching the registration license plate to the registration license plate after the vehicle C from E located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
