A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on February 21, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on July 5, 2013.

1. On January 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:40 on January 31, 2014, the Defendant: (b) went into the house of the victim D; (c) went into the house through a small one-story window in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu 101; and (d) went into the house of the victim’s Non-bank Card No. 1, a new card No. 1, a cash 32,00 won; (d) a motor vehicle key, a galtho, a galthm stamp; and (e) a theft with the seal of the galthm

On February 1, 2014, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 10:11, 2014, the FOba, operated by the victim under the name in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant told the victim to purchase Oraba; (b) issued the FObaba to the victim, who was the legitimate holder of the FObababa card that was stolen by the Defendant, as set forth in paragraph (1), and then issued the FObababa in the amount of KRW 1,100

Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received an error equivalent to KRW 1,100,000, and used stolen credit cards.

In addition, the Defendant received goods equivalent to KRW 6,514,831 in total at 17 times in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes from the above date to February 4, 2014, and used stolen credit cards.
