A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall pay 2,058,700 won as agreed upon to the applicant for compensation.

1. From October 7, 2014, around 06:30 on October 7, 2014, the Defendant cut off “F 1st underground floor in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu,” or “gallonian-2 mobile phone 800,000 won in the market price set up on the side of the head of the victim C in the surface room, one gallonian-type mobile phone, one gallon-type card, one gallon-type card, one gallon-type card, one gallon-type card, one gallon-type card, and one gallon-type card.”

On October 7, 2014, from around 06:48 to around 06:54, the Defendant acquired an online gift certificate equivalent to KRW 295,00 by entering information without authority and purchasing online gift certificates equivalent to KRW 295,00 from the PC located in the private road located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as seen in the foregoing 1.

1. At around 20:00 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim K with one gallon lusium in the first floor office located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Geumcheon-gu, with one gallon lusular phone in the victim K, which was located in the victim’s home page.
