A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:00 on October 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off 150,000 won of the market price, including a pair of 18K ear-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-re, a new card, and a modern card, which are located on the part of the head of Si/Gun/Gu in Busan, from the “Ethy” conference operated by the victim D, which was located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, by requesting the victim to set up the balance of coffee; and (b) cut off 150,000 won of the market price.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On October 18, 2013, around 18:47, the Defendant purchased clothing 2 punishment equivalent to a total of 353,000 won in the market value from the HG datum operated by the victim G in JG in Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, and received the said goods by settling the said card with the said new card, which is most likely to be the legitimate licensee of the new card that was stolen, as provided in paragraph (1), and used the stolen credit card.

B. At around 18:58 on the same day, the Defendant purchased 1 punishment in the aggregate of 607,300 won, and 2 punishment in the JJ datum operated by the victim I located in JJgu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, as if he were the legitimate licensee of the modern card that stolen, such as Paragraph 1, and received the said goods by settling it with the said modern card, and used the stolen credit card.

C. At around 19:06 of the same day, the Defendant purchased five clothing punishments equivalent to the market value of KRW 364,000 from the datum for M use operated by the victim L in J in J in J in J in J in J in Chang-si, Changwon-si, and settled as if he was the legitimate right of use of the stolen modern card, such as paragraph (1), and received the said goods, and used the stolen credit card.

3. On October 18, 2013, the Defendant attempted to acquire, by fraud, one stolen card, as stated in paragraph (1), at the “P” bank operated by the victim’sO located in Jin-gu, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 2,530,00,000 of the market price, and one 24K kK card equivalent to the market price of KRW 1,453,00,000. However, the Defendant attempted to obtain, by fraud, but failed to obtain, an attempt to obtain, an excessive excess of the market price.
