Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2011, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles by raising a relief called “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement Abolition” by holding more than 1,500 other assemblies participating in the “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement opposing assemblies” held in the luminous plaza located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around 17:25 to 18:00 on December 3, 2011, along with the participants in other assemblies in the presence of more than 1,500 lanes in front of the roads in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

2. On December 10, 2011, the Defendant interfered with the traffic of vehicles by holding other assemblies in the name of 1,800 participation in the “Korea-U.S. FTA opposing assemblies held in the Cheongdo square in the Cheongdo square in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, from around 20:17 to around 21:00 on December 10, 201, as well as by holding other assemblies in the name of 1,800 intersections, low-speed intersections, and 2 the Cheongdo-ro 2 crosssections, e.g., intersections, e., e., the intersections, e., e., the intersections, e., the intersections, the intersections, the Bank of Korea intersections, and the e.g., the same-sexs of the road from around December 10, 2011.”

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
