Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant posted a notice to sell smartphones and merchandise coupons on mobile web B and C sites.

However, the Defendant, without intention or ability to sell the pertinent goods, thought that only the price was collected from the purchaser.

1. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant, at around 12:16, posted a letter stating that he/she sold 5S in the Internet C bulletin board at the Defendant’s residence, he/she is willing to deliver goods to the victim D who reported and contacted with him/her, if he/she pre-paid the price.

In order to make a false statement, 160,000 won was remitted from the injured party to the new bank E account in the name of the accused.

2. On June 13, 2016, the Defendant received 200,000 won from the said account in the name of the Defendant, by iceizing five sale of gallon, in the same manner as the above 13:18, 2016, from the victim F.

In order to send the defective price to the first place, 320,000 won was transferred to the above account under the name of the defendant by deceiving the goods promised to send the defective price to the first place.

As a result, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,560,00,000 from five times.
