1. On July 20, 2017, around 14:41, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s home located in Nam-gu, Busan, posted a letter stating that “T&A sells Samsung DD3 8GB joints of Samsung 45,000 won per opening” at the Internet site “C&A” at the Defendant’s home located in Nam-gu, Busan, and subsequently, he/she believed that the Defendant purchased the said four M&A and believed it.

2.
