A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, since the defendant did not have the goods sold, even if he received the payment from the victim J, he did not have the intent or ability to sell the goods to the victim J.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the victimJ and delivered 450,000 won to the Busan bank account in the name of K for the same day from the victimJ as the price for goods on the same day. On August 31, 2017, the defendant deceivings the victim L by the same method and issued 10,000 won to the Busan bank account in the name of K for the price for goods from the victim L.

The defendant of "2018 Highest 593" is the defendant at the end of Busan on February 21, 2018.
